Sister Circle
This Group provides a safe and inclusive space for women to explore their personal narratives, share their stories, and support one another. Through various art modalities such as painting, drawing, journaling, and collage, participants have the opportunity to express their emotions, explore personal challenges and build skills and inner resources. This group acknowledges the intersectionality of women's experiences and incorporates feminist and trauma-informed approaches into the sessions, ensuring that every participant feels seen, heard, and respected.
Within this nurturing community, women have the opportunity to connect, build meaningful relationships, and engage in open and supportive dialogue. The group setting allows for the exploration of shared experiences, such as societal expectations, relationships, body image, and personal growth. Our art therapists facilitate discussions and activities that encourage self-reflection, self-care practices, and the development of coping strategies that are specific to the needs and experiences of women.
